Wally LimburgPartnerWally Limburg is a Partner with Strategic Retail Advisors (SRA), a retail commercial consulting and brokerage firm. The company was formed in 1998 with two other retail specialists from two major Southern California brokerage houses. Wally's real estate experience in Southern California covers over 35 years, where he has focused on development projects, investment sales, build-to-suits, and tenant representation. As of year-end 2008 , he completed over 1,600 transactions, with a total consideration in excess of $2 Billion. Wally spent his first 25 years at the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis, where he was a Senior Vice President. Currently he is a on the Southern California ICSC Planning Committee and is one of the founding members of the X Team a national retail brokerage network. |
