Al Beaudette

Al Beaudette is a well-known national real estate industry leader with deep experience in the commercial real state industry. Al just concluded his tenure as Chairman of the Board of NAIOP, the nation’s premier real estate development association (www.naiop.org). Headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, NAIOP has 52 chapters and over 16,000 members. Virtually every senior real estate industry executive is a member of NAIOP.  Many of the NAIOP members are friends and business associates of Al and his team.

Over the course of Al’s career, he has developed unique knowledge and experience in all sectors of the industry. Al was previously Senior Vice President of Harsch Investment Properties where he was responsible for overseeing their six regional offices and a $1.8 Billion office & industrial portfolio. Prior to joining Harsch, Al was Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group where he founded and led Lowe Advisory Services. Al previously served as a senior executive for CB Richard Ellis where he held various senior executive positions in their Pension Fund Advisory Group and Brokerage profit centers. Al received his BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Southern California, and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
