Omar has fifteen years of commercial real estate industry experience, previously in the role as President for Cielo Holdings, LLC, a real estate development and investment firm.  He was responsible for all aspects of operations and performance of the firm’s domestic and international commercial real estate portfolio. Omar has a deep understanding of the impact and changing economic trends, along with an extensive database of research, financial services, and information concerning the international real estate environment.  Omar is positioned to assist with evaluating and implementing comprehensive business scenarios with a board perspective.  Omar was born in the Middle East and has lived and worked overseas, working on behalf of businesses completing country analysis, negotiating international sales and development strategies.  Prior to joining Cielo Holdings, Omar was a broker for CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in the Newport Beach, California office focusing of corporate users requirements.  Omar received his BA of Economics from the University of Los Angeles and is a member of the NAIOP and CCIM.
